THE JOB

As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales and the Director of Sales, at the prestigious Bellagio, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a high-level position by delivering exceptional administrative support. This entails meticulously planning and coordinating meetings and appointments, efficiently managing both physical and digital files, overseeing special projects, conducting comprehensive research, and gathering pertinent information via various communication channels such as telephone, mail services, websites, and email.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $23.00/hr

DAY-TO-DAY

  • Efficiently manage complex scheduling for the Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales at the Bellagio property using Outlook calendars to coordinate professional and personal commitments, ensuring organizational efficiency

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols at all times

  • Cultivate strong interdepartmental relationships across all divisions at Bellagio to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration in support of the VP's objectives and operational efficiency

  • Expertly prioritize and manage diverse tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals

  • Autonomously manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision, consistently delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Utilize Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Oracle proficiently for accurately managing and tracking expenses, ensuring meticulous financial oversight and reporting

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, hotel room reservations, amenities selection, and restaurant bookings, ensuring seamless and enjoyable travel experiences for executives

  • Provide comprehensive support to Convention Sales, Services, and Catering departments, facilitating seamless coordination and execution of events to ensure client satisfaction and drive business success
