PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As an Assistant Manager for Coyote Ugly, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue. You will also set the stage for guest  experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to  create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE JOB:

  • Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records
  • Assist leadership with the facilitation of operation and execution of assigned business development initiatives
  • Supervise floor operations during hours of operation to include choreographed routines, promotions, and nightly activations
  • Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues
  • Manage delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
  • Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control
  • Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Work varied shifts, to included weekends & holidays
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Food and Beverage

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a Bar/nightlife to include supervisory/managerial experience
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting
  • Working knowledge of all Beverage products, menu items and equipment
  • Working knowledge of Culinary Union contracts
  • Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulation
  • Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and operations.
  • Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language
