Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet visitors and callers, effectively addressing their needs, managing multi-line phone systems, and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of conference calls and meetings for office staff, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Manage various administrative tasks including compiling, copying, sorting, filing, and scanning department documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare departmental reports as required, while also overseeing maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with functional department groups as necessary to support seamless operations.
  • Generate purchase orders for all goods and services purchased by the department, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Full-time availability and willingness to commit to the role.
  • 6 months of administrative assistance experience.
