Join Our Team
The Residential Concierge is responsible for responding to a variety of residents’ requests and providing an exceptional personalized experienced. This includes storing and retrieving packages, processing guest correspondence, handling reservations and staying knowledgeable about activities in the city. Residents will recognize the team to be a true asset of their investment and consider each member to be a friendly personal assistant.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ideal applicant has solid knowledge of the immediate area and possesses strong communication skills. Applicants are required to have two to three years of experience in a related position. Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.
