About the role

Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is looking for a Public Area Attendant. Ideal candidate is someone who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses excitement and dedication in serving all our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What you will do

Ensure that all heart of house areas including the staff lockers, offices, and corridors are clean.
Assist the Room Attendant/Runner as required.
Monitor all front of house area, lobby and restrooms neat, clean and well supplied.
Recognize and report any maintenance deficiencies or repairs needed to the supervisors.
Able to offer assistance to any guest in a courteous and friendly manner.
