About the role
The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for coordinating our Housekeeping team to ensure that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. 

What you will do

Ensure that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, overseeing the work of our housekeeping attendant team. Schedule and collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas.

Inspect completed rooms according to standards

Manage glitch and coordinate work orders, ensuring sufficient supplies on guest floors.

Check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and linen closets, monitoring inventory levels and completing purchase requisitions.

What you bring

Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and supervisory experience within Housekeeping focusing on service quality.  We are looking for a special individual whom shares our passion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

Fluency in English and Italian.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal (2024 summer season).  You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
