The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

The Position

Do you have a passion for food and wine? Do you enjoy working during the night? Are you ready to enter a new in five-star luxury service? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as a Night In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress in our In Room Dining department.

As a team member, you will join our team of outstanding in-house team to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel and ensure our guests have a luxury dining experience from the comfort of their bedroom. You will be assisting the assistant manager and supervisors in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressure dining environment. You will be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discrete, sensitive standards of service. You will be working alone during your shift and deal with any In Room Dining requests from our guests.

Your ability to work in a timely manner, efficient manner, learn quickly and enthusiastically, and adhere to our exceptional standards will define your success in the . All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Your working hours will be during the night, 10 pm to 6 am.

£24000 gross salary plus service charge
