PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As the Mini Bar Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our In Room Mini Bar & In room Department. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITES:
- Supervise floor service for In-Room Mini Bar service during hours of operation.
- Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
- Resolve In Room Dining Mini Bar disputes on billing through collaboration with Front Desk & Hotel accounting departments.
- Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records.
- Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
- Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address issues or needs requested by guests and employees.
- Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or support departments.
- Keep inventory form and stocking area updated.
- Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 (Two) Years Experience in Mini Bar Department
- High School diploma or GED
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
