All radiating from its welcoming central plaza, situated in the heart of Sheikh Zayed located on the 26th of July corridor main spine, which connects the cities of Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October with the central Cairo area.

Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan  the 178-room new build forms part of Phase II of Arkan Plaza. The Hotel is 10 minutes away from the “new” Grand Egyptian Museum and 15 minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. It is also in close proximity to Cairo International Airport and will be just 10 kilometers away from Sphinx International Airport. Business and leisure travelers can get the best of both worlds with three meeting rooms and a business center along with an outdoor pool and Club Lounge

We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Agent to join our amazing team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan.

 

Your day to day:

•   Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes.
•   Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
•   Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
•   Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
•   Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests.
•   Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.
•   Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations.
•   Serving as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensuring hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
•   Seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis and responding to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
•   Keeping close contact with guests for feedback, complaints and compliments – and following it up
•   Managing, recording and resolving guest or customer complaints promptly
•   Keeping other operating departments in the loop with important guest relations matters – from Food and Beverage and Maintenance to Housekeeping and Front Office.

 

What we need from you:

  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1 year experience in a similar position
