About the location:

1) Ability to ensure restaurants’ standards, policies and procedures with other restaurant staff.

レストランスタンダード、ポリシー、手順を他の従業員と一緒に確立する能力。

2) Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate work.

優先順位と業務の割り当てを運営できる能力。業務遂行能力。

3) Ability to direct performance of restaurant staff and follow up with corrections where needed.

　レストランの従業員と業務にあたり、必要なときには間違いを正す能力。

4) Ability to maintain a cohesive teamwork.

 団結したチームを構成する能力。

5) Ability to understand restaurant related training.

レストランに関連するトレーニングに備える能力

6) Ability to be a clear thinker, analyzes and resolve problems exercising good judgment.

9) Ability to perform suggestive selling of menu items, beverages and wines.

メニューアイテム、ビバレージ、ワインの販売促進を行う能力。(ビバレージマネージャーやスーパーバイザーが多忙の場合。)　

10) Ability to input and access information from MICROS system.

マイクロスシステムの情報を入手し、アクセスできる能力。

11) Ability to exert physical effort in transporting equipment and wares.

備品や商品を運搬する際に、労力を惜しまずに協力できる能力。

12) Ability to endure abundant physical movements in carrying out job duties.

 業務を遂行する際の肉体労働に耐え得る能力

13) Ability to ensure security and confidentially of guest and company information.

14) Ability to work without direct supervision after having been assigned tasks.
