This position has a hybrid work schedule and must be based in the Las Vegas, NV, area.

THE JOB:

The Manager of Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics will drive insights and recommendations through data storytelling across MGM's digital marketing platforms and growth initiatives focused on channel trends, attribution modeling, media spend impact, digital campaign effectiveness, A/B testing, digital customer engagement trends, booking behaviors and more. This position will be responsible for leading a team and analyzing creative elements, campaigns & customer segmentation across digital channels, and presenting actionable insights & recommendations to business partners. This individual will support a world class Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics team. As part of our team, you'll work with professionals at our portfolio of casino resorts across North America – as well as those in the corporate executive level – to implement digital marketing analytics initiatives that move the business forward.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Partner across teams to prepare & present strategic insights and results of digital marketing campaigns & growth initiatives, review and translate findings and make actionable recommendations.

  • Query and analyze complex data sets to identify key business trends, pull campaign performance, digital A/B test results and customer behavior.

  • Build, train and lead a team of analysts to deliver insights and results of digital marketing and growth initiatives. Establish best practices on measurement, digital engagement performance and analyses. Review findings before presentation to business partners; in addition to overseeing the accuracy of team's measurement results.

  • Help prioritize work and projects, and create roadmaps for measurement, tagging and testing that lead to a deep understanding of customer engagement and what drives results.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI and Adobe digital dashboards to provide real-time results on campaign performance and attribution across channels. Serve as media measurement expert across our digital touchpoints and partner platforms.

  • Support the development of methodologies to measure and improve the effectiveness of media spend across multiple touchpoints, brands, and business units through the implementation of governance and standardization around digital data.

  • Provide and initiate ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions and explain trends/anomalies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate professional experience.

  • Demonstrated 2+ years of pertinent prior experience.

  • Proficiency and hands-on familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Power BI.

  • Proven track record in leadership positions or team management roles.
