BE HOLD! As the CRM Journey Coordinator you will work closely with the CRM Manager to manage the Caesars CRM campaigns and drive retention through customized player journeys throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer retention.

What you will be doing:

  • Be hands-on in creating, segmenting, and launching remarketing journeys
  • A/B or multivariant testing on various CRM journeys to establish which is the most effective
  • Ensuring all CRM journeys comply with current best practices in the industry
  • Responsible for audience segmentation

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Optimove is an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Analytical and data-driven mind
  • Excellent communication, proofreading and organizational skills required
  • Proficiency in coding language (HTML) is a plus, but not essential
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others
  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Efficient and confident communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Have energy and enthusiasm for a new challenge, and an ability to tackle complex regulatory environment
  • Eagerness to define how this is done for a new business in the US
  • Excited about the opportunity to launch and grow a significant business in a new sector 

Essential Functions/Exposures:

  • Regular attendance in the office
