THE JOB:

As a Casino Floor Cocktail Server, you will be the frontline ambassador of hospitality, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests with your warm demeanor and impeccable service. By intuitively grasping their individual preferences and desires, you will curate moments of delight, ensuring that each visit to our establishment is filled with memorable experiences that linger long after they've left the casino floor.

STARTING RATE: $13.5343 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Take orders from guests on the casino floor, utilizing knowledge of both automated drink dispensing systems and traditional bar service techniques.

  • Prepare and serve cocktails promptly and accurately, garnishing them to perfection before delivering them to guests.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu offerings, including liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, and specialty cocktails available.

  • Stay informed about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and activities to provide guests with accurate information and enhance their experience.

  • Execute opening and closing duties according to assigned shifts, such as organizing cocktail napkins, restocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and ensuring the readiness of service areas.

  • Address guest complaints promptly and effectively within your authority, escalating issues to management or security when necessary, and reporting any unusual events or concerns.

  • Preform other job-related duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • One (1) year cocktail or food server experience in a similar resort setting.

  • One (1) year customer service experience.

  • Experience working on the casino floor.

  • Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel and squat.
