PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Butler, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and superior service, while preparing and coordinating their suites. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare suite prior to guest arrival

Provide food and beverage service to designated suites
-
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure superior guest service

Maintain butler pantry and equipment
-
Maintain accurate property information
-
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-
Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-
Has experience in guest services, preferably in a resort setting
-
Currently has Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s, and Sherrif’s card or the ability to obtain one
