My role as hotel manager is to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the hotel’s financial records. I am also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.  Ensuring the hotel meets all safety and health regulations as well.
