Delegate authority and responsibility forvarious elements of the operation to thedepartment supervisors to ensure that allcompany policies and procedures areimplemented and carried out.

Regularly conducts training session with staff to ensure a high standardof services is maintained and that all services is carried out in polite andcourteous manner .
