I’m Alaa Eldin, known as Dino Bustani, an Italian Egyptian (dual citizenship); MBA graduate from Webster University Geneva, and Cavendish College in London. I speak 7 languages, 4 of which fluently: Arabic, French, English, and Italian. I’m also exclusively well-spoken in German, Spanish, and Greek. For nearly two decades, I have positioned hotels to support significant growth and turned around struggling divisions to regain industry respect. I have formulated new concepts to strengthen core services to guests, led new foundation initiatives, and boosted and maintained staff morale despite times of uncertainty and change.
In less than two years in my previous position, especially after the Corona pandemic lockdown, I transformed a failing business unit into a responsive, indispensable operation that produced substantial gains in productivity and growth. I worked with Accor, Mövenpick and Hilton for several years. Also managed privately owned luxury boutique hotels in South Africa, UAE, KSA, Qatar and Egypt. During my tenure in general management positions, I’ve thoroughly honed my exclusive hospitality skills, managing all aspects of the operation, Sales & Marketing, F&B, budgeting and pricing services, all the way to filing organization and preparing reports to the board.
Beyond my managerial, administrative and personal skills, I am an excellent communicator. I understand the importance of being able to work autonomously in a fast-paced hospitality environment, all the while maintaining an even-keeled demeanor that offers a great patron experience.
