In my current role as Customer Service Agent in Dnata Erbil, I am responsible for handling excess baggage payments, visa application also supporting documents who passenger needs to ensure travel during the post pandemic, with the highest standard that Dnata Erbil has to offer. Finalizing the sales report at the end of the day. Supporting operational staff with their duties i.e meeting arrival flight/helping with departure activities/communicating BHS (Baggage Handling Services)/manning the FIDS display board. Assisting supervisor with his duties i.e allocation of stationary for the fifteen airlines operating into Erbil and real time reporting of incidents and action to be taken.
Organize and execute lessons well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught, managing classroom crises and resolve conflict, assign homework and interesting exercises. Promote high standards of behavior by encouraging a positive, proactive approach to study and build productive relationships with students. Detect students that needs extra attention and create customized plans, help students understand the structure and rules of the English language.
Coordinate and execute painting applications in a safe and effective manner. Applying masking tape and coverings over areas that are not being sprayed. Selecting and mixing the required coating liquids. Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern. Cleaning spray cans, nozzles, and other spraying equipment after each spray job.
