Supervises the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and cost, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.

Coordinates and supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food products to ensure the highest quality at all times

Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

Attend to customer’s complaints or issues, resolving matters as expediently as possible.

Also oversee food preparation, food storage and dining areas, ensuring that the facility remains in compliance with safety regulations and health codes.

Performs the duty of human resources manager, recruiting, hiring, training and terminating staff members.

Carries out performance management duties and takes disciplinary actions as required.

Schedules employees for work, maintain employee records and administer payrolls and benefits.

To organized and plan carefully the manning for all events (banquets).

To check all the foods in the buffet area.
