THE JOB

The Workforce Management Supervisor improves the employee experience through outstanding customer service and efficient operational facilitation.  You will be responsible for motivating and supporting schedulers in the production of weekly schedules and daily operational tasks.  The Supervisor is a leadership liaison between the Workforce Management Specialists and Management.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the internal guest’s experience, delivering on S.H.O.W. Basics to both Staff and Leadership creating WOW memories that last far beyond the moment.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $26.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workforce Management software and processes
  • Develop and elevate the skills of Workforce Management Specialists to enhance scheduling solutions and foster their professional development
  • Partner with department schedulers and managers to ensure precise staffing levels and devise efficiency strategies collaboratively
  • Innovate scheduling improvements and introduce new business models
  • Identify optimal staffing practices while adhering to existing labor agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain ethical standards and equity when overseeing WFM Specialists and addressing departmental inquiries
  • Manage the workload balance of specialists between weekly scheduling and daily operational needs
  • Ensure the timely completion of daily schedule operations by the Workforce Management team, including handling leave requests and managing call-outs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum of at least 21 years of age
  • At least 2 years of prior relevant experience with data analysis and payroll
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field or the equivalent in work experience
  • Previous experience utilizing Virtual Roster and Kronos software
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish, in both written and oral forms
  • Previous experience working in a similar hotel or resort style setting
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
