Key Responsibilities ofWeekend Duty Manager :
-Be visible in the hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly at busy times -Engage guests in conversation and generally be of assistance to them -Ensure that all guest complains are dealt with promptly and followed up on -Meet and greet VIP and major corporate clients upon arrival -Co-ordinate the services and special facilities provided to long stay guests -Have a thorough knowledge of all credit procedures and ensure they are applied -Be up to date on all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedures -Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results -Deal with any management issues or emergencies that arise, record them as required and ensure there is follow up
Requirements of Weekend Duty Manager :
•A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member supervision
•A positive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care.
•Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
•Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
•Strong working knowledge of Property Management System(s)
