The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

The Position

Are you a passionate foodie? An expert in all things afternoon tea? Experienced in delivering fine-dining service at the highest level? And interested in developing your career in a world-leading luxury hotel? Then we’d love to invite you to join us as a Waiter/Waitress at our Palm Court at Rocco Forte Hotels.

You will be responsible for supporting the flawless running of one of the hotel’s most acclaimed institutions and delivering the exceptional experience that Rocco Forte is known for. You will have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning our extensive tea menu and sharing this with all of our guests. You will thrive in delivering world-class hospitality and creating lasting memories for all our guests.
