Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

About the role:

  • Reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor, serve our Resort guests by displaying a pleasant manner and positive attitude.
  • Set up tables according to the resort standards.
  • Communicate with guests to check on their feedback, proactively update Supervisor/Manager.
  • Always visible and proactively anticipate guests needs.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand in Maldives.
  • Proficient in English and Dhivehi.
  • Experienced in handling Buffet  Restaurants and sound understanding on LQA standards and international beverage knowledge.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
