Villa Attendant – Golf Villas | Rose Wood

The Villa Attendant will be responsible for providing superior, personalized and professional service to the Golf Villas Residence Club Owners and their Guests. Duties of the post will include, but will not be limited to:

Clean all aspects of Owner villas including bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, corridors, kitchens, patios, balconies, elevators and stairways. Clean, sweep, wax, dust and/or polish windows, floors, walls, ceilings, wood work, furniture, fixtures, fittings, draperies and rugs. Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, trash bags, soaps and shampoos. Ensure the cleaning carts and storage areas are stocked, clean and organized. Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal area. Ensure proper and expedient resolution of Owner’s requests. Any other related duties that may be assigned.

• Be physically fit and able to endure extended periods of standing and bending
• Be able to work independently
• A minimum of one years housekeeping experience. Experience with cleaning homes or cottages will be an asset.

• Flexibility to work weekends, extended hours and public holidays
