What will I be doing?
As a Valet Driver – Concierge, you will be assigned to work in the Concierge Department and whilst your key focus will be the parking and delivery of guest cars from the car park you will also be required to:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our guests by providing a warm and professional greeting upon arrival to our hotel
- Assist guests with their luggage on arrival and departure
- Being able to recommend local tours and tourist attractions
- Ensure all guest deliveries and messages are received effectively and efficiently
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, it is desirable for you to have:
- Passion for customer service and providing exceptional experiences to all our guests
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Independence & the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards, with uniform supplied and cleaned by the hotel.
- Australian work rights
- A current full driver’s license with the ability to drive manual cars
- Knowledge of local attractions, events and transport services
This role would suit candidates who fit the above description and are looking for part time work within a 7 days rotating shift roster. Shifts might start as early as 6am or finish as late 11pm.
