 THE JOB:

As an Usher, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00

 THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet guests with eye contact, a smile and a friendly, welcoming greeting

  • Checking and scanning tickets and directing guests to their seats

  • Informing guests about the locations of the restrooms, refreshments and exits

  • Maintain awareness of crowd situations

  • Advise supervisor and/or management of all unusual customer or safety concerns

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Maintain a friendly, polite demeanor, effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

  • Able to observe and remember details and to follow directions effectively

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
