Job Description

The Turndown Attendants will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality service to Guests while executing the Turndown program. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

·         Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, trash bags, soaps and shampoos.

·         Arrange bed lines and supply turndown amenities per hotel standards

·         Ensure the cleaning carts and storage areas are stocked, clean and organized.

·         Ensure guest clothing is folded and shoes paired

·         Adjust room lighting per turndown standard

·         Freshen bathrooms, replacing used items and arranging guest items

·         Empty ash trays and wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.

·         Ensure all room service trays and dishes are removed

·         Ensure proper and expedient resolution of Guest’s requests.

·         Any other related duties that may be assigned
