THE JOB:

Join our team at Dolby Live, Park MGM, as a Ticketing Representative, where you'll elevate guest experiences for high-profile events. You will be at the forefront of our guest experience, handling ticket sales for all properties, internal shows, events, exhibits, and attractions. Your primary responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, surpassing guest expectations, adeptly managing cash transactions, and executing efficient service recovery strategies when needed.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $17.00/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Efficiently sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets, while processing orders and will call requests for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all properties, providing prompt and courteous service to enhance the guest experience
  • Conduct thorough ticket verification procedures before granting entry to exhibits and events, ensuring a seamless and secure guest experience
  • Provide educated answers to guest questions, and able to furnish detailed information regarding property facilities and services
  • Effectively address and resolve guest complaints within established guidelines and authority, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for the organization
  • Proficiently manage cash drawers and process ticket sales using various payment methods, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service delivery
  • Effectively navigate and operate multiple computer and ticketing systems with precision, showcasing strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions and guest interactions
  • Skillfully handle multiple incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring exceptional communication standards and positive guest interactions

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as this is a part-time/on call, event-based role. Shifts will include weekends and holidays, accommodating the dynamic schedule of our events, which may vary in length
