Objetivo del puesto:

Diagnosticar y brindar servicio y reparaciones a los equipos del hotel, incluidos los de electricidad, refrigeración, plomería, gas, pintura, incendios y seguridad, y responder a consultas y problemas de manera eficiente,  profesional para lograr máxima satisfacción del cliente cumpliendo con todas las políticas de Four Seasons.

Responsabilidades:

• Trabajará en el departamento de ingeniería teniendo a cargo tareas generales de mantenimiento del hotel.
• Realizará las reparaciones de equipos incluídos motores, disyuntores, enfriadores y equipos asociados a todo el edificio.
• Responderá solicitudes de huéspedes con respecto al mantenimiento de las habitaciones, equipos y áreas públicas de manera oportuna.
• Mantendrá un departamento organizado cumpliendo con las normas y buenas prácticas.
• Trabajará de manera armoniosa y profesional con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en posiciones y puestos similares, deseable en el rubro de la hotelería.
• Estudios con orientación técnica.
• Contar con conocimientos en electricidad, refrigeración, mecánica y plomería.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos y horarios, incluyendo los fines de semana y feriados.
• Proactividad, trabajo en equipo y atención por el detalle.
