Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Assist outlet manager in monitoring all Tea related matters
  • Be responsible for the Tea education of all F&B service colleagues
  • Control and maintain stock levels in the outlets
  • Identify opportunities and create a Tea culture in the hotel in order to enhance revenues


  • Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as Tea Master, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
  • Good in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantage
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills 
  • With strong knowledge in Tea
