Job Description

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
• Focus on monitoring the implementation of operating procedures and standards to ensure consistency in operations.
• Prepares training schedules/plans and training report.
• Monitors training for new associates, keeps records and reports to the T&C Manager weekly.
• Maintains and updates all training records.
• Responsible for employee on boarding and off boarding procedures.
• Responsible for benefits, payroll administration and reconciliation.
• Maintain filing systems.
• Perform basic administrative duties.
• Perform all other duties as required.
Salary: $55,000- $65,000
