JOIN THE SHOW! Aria Resort & Casino is on the lookout for a Shift Supervisor in Surveillance to cover the evening or overnight shift for the most modern and luxurious resort on the strip.

The ideal candidate would be experienced supervising the daily operations of during the overnight shift wit ample knowledge of gamin regulations, table games and casino cage. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property while maintaining the integrity of our operations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Remain vigilant for any suspicious activity and promptly communicate findings to the appropriate channels
  • Detect procedural errors, potential cheating, or any other suspicious activities that may jeopardize the company's operations
  • Maintain and report repairs of surveillance equipment to designated personnel
  • Oversee shift schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain video file evidence and operate CCTV and digital equipment to monitor various areas of the casino floor
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding property-related issues and other sensitive matters
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in company-sponsored training classes
  • Supervise Operators and Lead Operators, ensuring thorough documentation and correct interpretation of infractions
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on casino games and slots under the direction of the Department Head

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in surveillance or table games within a casino/hotel environment
  • Either a High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the needs of the business

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?

  • Proficiency in operating CCTV systems (Closed-CaptionTelevision).

  • Strong aptitude for technology with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot various technical systems.

  • Knowledge of table games within a gaming environment.
