This is a hybrid position based in the Las Vegas, NV, area.

THE JOB:
MGM Resorts International is embarking on a multiyear journey to redefine the casino resort and entertainment experience for guests, in order to deliver a 1:1 personalized experience. To support this effort, a highly cross‐functional Personalization team is being formed within the Commercial group. This team will be tasked with rapidly building, testing, and scaling high‐priority use cases that drive incremental revenues and move the business closer to the goal of a 1:1 personalized guest experience. These use cases require significant advances to the current analytical models, prioritization logic, and delivery channels used to deliver guest experiences and communications.

The Sr. Manager of Enterprise Analytics will work with leadership to identify growth opportunities and prioritize those opportunities by level of effort to implement and overall organizational impact.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Deep understanding and constant review of customer segmentation, business performance and marketing efforts to identify areas of improvement and/or new segmentation needs.

  • Maintain a central list of all previous and future growth initiatives, the respective KPI's that drive them and a mechanism of prioritization involving size if impact and complexity of implementation.

  • Partner with leadership on their respective tracks of work, partnering on the roadmaps as well as current and future initiatives. Assist with the implementation and communication of the overall vision.

  • Subject matter expert on customer lifecycle, ensuring all developed segmentation and marketing treatments use a data‐drive customer‐centric approach to maximizing engagement across channels and stages of the customer's lifecycle.

  • Coordinate across the aggregate analytics team on the current and future vision, ensuring alignment and that tracking of progress can take place seamlessly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated history of leadership or supervisory responsibility.

  • Significant experience coordinating with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure, and Power BI.
