THE JOB:

As a Special Events Coordinator, you will be responsible supporting the Special Events and/or Casino Marketing Department with the overall planning, coordination, and execution of all events and promotions.. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Support the overall planning, coordination, and execution of all events and promotions; coordinate assistance from other departments.
  • Compose event and promotion-related communications, including guest letters, property wide memos, event fact sheets and all property event and promotion collateral.
  • Research, develop and manage relationships with vendors/entertainment to ensure all prerequisites are met during the events and promotions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or GED
  • 21 years or older
  • Has at least one (1) year of experience in event planning or related experience
  • Has at least one (1) year of hospitality or front-facing work experience

PAY: $20/hour
