THE JOB

The Sales Supervisor for our spa plays a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. 

 

STARTING PAY RATE: $20 per hour plus commission

 

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
  • Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of any client related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities

 

THE REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Age 21+
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include weekends and holidays

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has previous experience in the sales / upsell industry
  • Takes pride in their work, can multitask, and describes themselves as detail-oriented
  • Collaborates effectively with teammates, clients, and external stakeholders by using clear and effective written and spoken communication
  • Has excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse business contacts.
  • Exhibit proper telephone etiquette, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Maintains a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
