THE JOB:

A Spa Operations Shift Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Spa, Salon, and Barber shop. Exhibiting show standards to guest and team members.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee daily operations within the spa, salon and barber shop ensure guest and employee satisfaction

  • Uphold all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies

  • Provide timely and professional resolution of any guest related concerns

  • Maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service

  • Monitor Spa appointment book and retail areas to maximize all revenue opportunities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Two (2) years of supervisor/managerial experience

  • Able to work various shifts, to include weekends and holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in retail, spa, and salon

  • Takes pride in their work

  • Describes themselves as detail-oriented

  • Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

  • Can handle multiple tasks at one time

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

  • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

  • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to take ownership and initiative and work independently
