Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Spa Operations Manager to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary:
- together with the Director of Wellness, you are managing and directing all wellness activities including, but not limited to, guest services, product quality and innovation, merchandising and revenue generation
- gathering and analyzing current wellness trends, developing and implementing new ideas
- overseeing and developing overall team performance through supervision and professional development, training and coaching to ensure all staff are highly skilled and professional
- maintaining the highest standards of service to ensure seamless service to guests
- assisting in the creation, recommendation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and targets
