Job Description
We are currently looking for a Spa Manager to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Spa Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Asaya Spa and fitness area under the guidance of our Director of Spa. He/she ensures that the highest standards are adhered to and that guest experience exceeds expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the team to provide excellence guest experience.

Contributes to the collective commitment of a unique guest experience – to create a sense of place.
- Ensures the appropriate training and support of all Spa associates.
- Identifies the training requirements, organises and follows through on-the-job training in close liaison with the Director of Spa.
