Our unique location here in Queenstown offers our guests two hotels from the Hilton brand to choose from – Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa and DoubleTree by Hilton Queenstown, and our Team Members get to work across both properties.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Host, you are responsible for all general areas of the Spa to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manning Reception desk, meeting & greeting all guests
  • Provide guests with excellent knowledge of all spa and fitness services and retail products, ensuring the guest’s experience at the spa is memorable from the beginning to the end
  • Answering phones and attending to guest queries
  • To effectively and efficiently manage the spa reservations system
  • Recommend and up sell additional treatments to guests, driving repeat bookings wherever possible
  • Scheduling treatments & advising guests on treatments appropriately
  • Report lost property, accidents, Maintenance issues, or other incidents
