Job Description

We are currently looking for a Spa Attendant to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Spa Attendant ensure the Spa is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and provide a supportive role to all associates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Ensure all facilities, equipment and wet areas are in operating order; report any engineering issues to Spa management.
• Responsible for daily cleanliness of all spa guest contact areas, locker rooms, wet areas and pool.
• Properly care for equipment and use correct amounts of product/supplies (according to protocol) to assist with cost control.
• Stock locker room, facilities supplies and guest amenities maintaining accurate supplies which meet brand standards.
• Support all guest service needs as requested by Spa management.
• Attends to guest’s needs, concerns, inquiries and requests, refers to supervisor or spa management if he/she is unable to assist.
