We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sous Chef to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary:
- you are responsible for the preparation and cooking of top-class dishes and their mise en place
- you are responsible for training new colleagues and apprentices and their promotion, guidance and motivation
- together with your team, you create unforgettable moments for our guests
- you conscientiously adhere to hygiene standards at all times
- in the absence of the Executive Chef, you are responsible for the independent and autonomous management of the kitchen team and take on all administrative tasks
Required Skills:
- you have completed your education and already have several years of work experience
- you have an open-minded personality and the satisfaction of your team and our guests is particularly important to you
- you are passionate about your job, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
- you are very familiar with Austrian hygiene standards
- you have very good communication skills in German & English
