The Position

As a Social Media Executive you will take the lead in shaping the compelling online presence of Brown’s Hotel. Working in close collaboration with the Marketing team, you will lead the way in creating and implementing innovative social media strategies that seamlessly adhere to our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and curate compelling and visually stunning content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. ensuring it aligns with the brand’s style and voice.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement, and provide timely responses to guest inquiries.
Collaborate with various departments to capture and showcase the essence of Brown’s Hotel, including culinary experiences, events, accommodations.
Analyse social media performance metrics and generate insightful reports to optimie content and campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Brown’s Hotel at the forefront of social media excellence.
