PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Slots Guest Services Representative is to enhance the guests Slot experience by assisting with property and slot related questions, slot machine payouts and enrollment to MGM Resorts International Rewards Program.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.04
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Pay slot machine jackpots and completes the required IRS W2G/1042‐S forms
- Enroll guests into the MGM Resorts International Rewards Program
- Assists guests needs for any property or slot related questions
- Circulates through assigned section and responds to slot machine lights in timely manner
- Understands the various types of slot machines on the casino floor to better assist guests in looking for a particular type of machine or denomination
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Two (2) years previous experience as a Slot Guest Service Representative
- Six (6) months cash-handling experience
- Knowledge of Patron Management platform
- Ability to multi-task, remain clam under pressure and handle conflict resolution
