Essential duties and responsibilities
Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
- Answer all incoming calls in professional manner using the correct telephone etiquette at all times
- Handle wake-up calls
- Require to work as overnight shift
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, including internships
- Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential. Additional language is a plus
- Committed and passionate in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detail
