In the position of Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping facilities for guests and general operating facilities in the hotel in operational condition.
Within the department, you will work on a rotating schedule and possible on-call shifts.
The main duties and responsibilities are:
- Keeping the hotel’s facilities in operational condition such as clearing faults and carrying out repairs to equipment, installations, plumbing, lighting, kitchen and guest rooms, for example;
- Performing periodic checks and preventive maintenance and cleaning work;
- Preparing and participating in renovations and assisting outside firms;
- Electrical installation and maintenance work;
- You will report to the Assistant Chief Engineer.
The professional and welcoming candidate we are looking for:
- Has 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel;
- Is able to improvise and is flexible in the work to be done;
- Flexibility with work schedules is appreciated;
- Has a presentable appearance and social skills;
- Is a real team player;
- Has a good command of the English language;
- Has at least an LTS Electro training and VEV diploma strong and weak current;
