The Position

You will be working with our talented Head Chefs and Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team.

You will be a perfectionist, passionate about high-end food and wine, and well-versed in techniques and ideas from international cuisines. Alongside your exceptional culinary skills, taste and technique, you will be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen — bringing comparable experience in a luxury dining environment.
