PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Welcome Ambassador, you will be part of a service-orientated team that invites guests in for an exciting yet comfortable urban adventure. Your compassionate attendance to customer needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, and provide the kind of energized, comfortable atmosphere.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, assist with entrance/ exit garage gates as appropriate and assist arriving/ departing guests with inquiries
  • Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least six (6) months of customer service experience
  • Stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in outside elements; such as hot and cold temperatures
