Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide protection for the casino and all employees and guests, and is responsible for the overall protection of company assets.
- Guard all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of hopper fills, chip fills, and credits.
- Interact with guests, employees and law enforcement agencies in a professional manner.
- Maintain a written log of incidents involving guests or employee, and prepare additional detailed reports, as may be required.
- Maintain and inventories first aid equipment on assigned shift.
- Administers emergency medical treatment to injured guests and employees.
- Assesses the injured or sick individuals’ needs, and if necessary, arrange for the dispatching of rescue units. (Ambulance, helicopter, etc.).
- Ensure departmental compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and with departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for adherence to health, fire, and safety regulations, identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel.
- Support and maintain the Caesar’s courtesy guidelines.
- Promote outstanding guest relations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Previous law enforcement experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Must be able to acquire a MS Gaming License.
- Candidates MUST complete all necessary company training and certification training.
