Job Description
Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. Security Agent
You ensure the safety and wellbeing of your fellow employees, guests and visitors. You are attentive, efficient and committed, and will ensure your property remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.
This is a full-time, permanent position, starting October 15th.
Starting Rate of Pay: $21.55 per hour
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
- Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
- Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Previous security/hospitality experience is required
- OFA level 2 First Aid Certification required
- Previous security/hospitality experience is required
- Class 5 Drivers License is required
- Possess a valid British Columbia Basic Security Training (BST) License
