Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for Pool Server

An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?

• We’re for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
• An individual who let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.
• They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest to create an experience and truly connect with them.
• They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.

• 1+ years in the service industry with preferable high end hotels
• The flexibility of multi tasking
• Ability to work till early evening, weekends and Holidays
• New Mexico Food Handler Certification
• Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification (Must be 19 years of age or older to serve alcohol – cannot prepare alcohol unless 21 years of age or older)

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Using your genuine and authentic personality you will provide exceptional service in relaying and running food and beverages to the guests of the pool deck conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality.
• Our Pool Attendants are committed team players and will deliver with passion the service and partnership that is needed to assist the guests with any needs in creating a relaxing, comfortable and fun experience.
• Constantly learning and always looking at ways to make things better and more efficient.
• As a committed team player the Pool Server will assist Pool Attendants to greet and seat guests to their desired location at the pool offering towels and amenities as needed.
• Being aware and present – bringing your genuine self to your work, we encourage you to engage with the guests so that you will anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• When needed, you will assist in accurately delivering the food and beverages to our guests ensuring that the service is seamless.
